Choosing the right venue is probably the biggest decision you make when planning a wedding. Its also usually the first thing you need to decide so couples are usually kicking things off with a bang! Being a Carmarthenshire native and having photographed weddings all over Sir Gaerfyrddin, here are (in no particular order) my Top Carmarthenshire Wedding Venues!

The Cawdor Hotel
You can't drive through Llandeilo without taking notice of the Cawdor's distinctive red exterior. Its a beautiful venue that I've photographed many times. The cosy interior and central location makes it ideal for weddings at any time of the year but works especially well for those looking for an Autumn or Winter venue.

The Olde barns at penygraig
The huge barn is an impressive backdrop and the beautiful interior means that couples can have as much or as little input over the decor as they like. Just outside Carmarthen, this is one of my favourite barn venues to photograph.

FELIN FACH MANSION
Felinfach Mansion is a beautiful wedding venue set on the outskirts of Carmarthen. The house and grounds are now registered for wedding ceremonies. Around the picturesque grounds and house, you will find a cherry tree walk, a lake, a balcony and a grand staircase, all of which make dreamy locations for the perfect photographs.
